The Temporal Raider originally comes from Rifts: England where they mainly set them up as pretty much a totally evil race.  Well with the exception of Vampires and Alien intelligences (and I'm not even convinced with alien intelligences)  there is no race that is totally evil, there are always members of a culture or race that are good so learn about the Principled Temporal Raider.  Also since aparently most Temporal Raiders look very much a like find how they deterimine there rank in life and who they are.

A Normal Raiders Goals:
    Most Temporal Raiders have an endless pursuit of wealth and power.  The will stop an nearly nothing, with the exception of crossing a Raider of higher rank, to aquire there money.
    Other Temporal Raiders seek money through the selling of new and more powerful Temporal magic.  This is a low percentenge of Temporal Raiders who do this (less then 10%) so temporal magic is rather stagnet at it's current level unless a large breakthrough by the group effort of all the researching Temporal Raiders (which is very unlikely, because then they have to split the profit.)

There Customs:
    The Temporal Raiders base their who class system on color.  All raiders follow this and even the most evil will not attempt to fool any other raider by wearing colors of a different station.  No matter their station they always where a brown cloak or cape.

• Red pants/loincloth, with no tunic or shirt - The Ancients.  These are the elders of the raiders the one who are masters of the temporal magic and have spent there life fulling the deams of wealth that most Raiders dream of.
• Red pants/loincloth, with a blue shirt - The Experts.  These are the next in the hierarchy the research the continuim trying to create new spells to alter the time continuim.
• Blue pants/loincloth with no tunic or shirt - The Teachers.  They are the common temporal raiders who most PCs will encounter they are also the ones that train Temporal Wizards, and Temporal Warriors.
• Blue pants/loincloth with green shirt - The Young.  The newer temporal raiders that have just begun there pursuits in to earn power and wealth.
• Black pants/loincloth with yellow shirt - The Rebels.  This includes those how have lied to or crossed a Temporal Raider, or have shunned the culture (the Principled fit under this category).  These beings are attacked on site by any

The Principled:
    The Principled are a small group of only 5.  They are the protectors of the Time Continuim and are considered tainted by the other Temporal Raiders.  They are the creators of the Time Runner who are the only beings in the megaverse that can actually go back in time.
    The Principled Temporal Raider is attacked on site by a Temporal Raiders, who will attack until killed or the Principled are killed.

Who do the Temporal Wizards, Warriors and Time Runners fit in:
    A level 1 Temporal Wizard or Warrior are considered to be a member of the Young caste and are treated with the same respect as a Temporal Raider.  A level 15 Temporal Warrior or Wizard are considered to be of the Teacher caste or Expert Caste depending on there personal goals.  No Warrior or Wizard can be considered an Elder but can become Rebel if he does something out of character for a Temporal Raider.  A Time Runner is considered a Rebel and will never be considered anything else no matter what he does. (If he been trained by a Rebel he is a Rebel).
